YABISAK | Software and Informatics Industrialists Clustering Association is based in İzmir and has taken on the mission of developing the software and informatics industry ecosystem in the Aegean Region to enhance both national and international competitiveness.

Following meticulous efforts that began in 2019, YABISAK was officially established on January 4, 2021, with the support of İzmir’s local government, professional chambers, universities, and companies in the software and IT sectors.

With the aim of leading initiatives that foster the development of the software and informatics ecosystem to increase competitiveness in the Aegean Region,  YABISAK continues to operate as a civil society organization committed to making the region a hub for the global software and IT industry—ultimately contributing to Turkey’s emergence as a global player in the digital world.
